Belltown, Seattle - Law enforcement authorities have initiated an investigation following a stabbing incident that occurred in Belltown on Wednesday afternoon.
Shortly after 4:00 p.m., police officers responded to a report of a male victim who had been stabbed near the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Blanchard Street. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a 34-year-old male suffering from a stab wound. Immediate life-saving measures were administered by the officers until personnel from the Seattle Fire Department arrived at the scene.
The injured individual was subsequently transported to Harborview Medical Center, where he is reported to be in stable condition.
