Twelve-year-old Carl Smith and his younger sister, Colleen Rahmam-Smith, aged 11, departed their home on 195th Street and 120th Avenue in Jamaica following a disagreement with their grandmother, with whom they reside. They were reported found and safely returned home on Thursday night, according to the NYPD.
This marked the first instance of either child going missing, and no additional information has been provided regarding their whereabouts during the period they were unaccounted for.
